JMC Capital Partners, a US based private equity firm, has hired Todd Rainville as a partner to lead its business development team.
The firm, which specializes in the technology and industrial sectors, is seeking to draw on Rainville’s experience in a mix of finance structuring.
Rainville joins the firm from Symmetric Capital, a private equity firm based in Massachusetts. He was previously a partner at Ampersand Capital Partners and an associate position at Summit Partners.
