SS&C Technology has released an Alternative Investment Fund Manager Directive feature in its upgraded compliance tool.
Anova Compliance enables managers to apply AIFMD compliance criteria to individual documents, analyze compliance breaches and view the underlying data in a compliance test.
The upgraded tool, Anova Compliance 6.3, can set tolerances and report on compliance tests which are nearing a breach. The tool also checks new funds for compliance failures.
Users can also run 'what if' scenarios, assessing the impact of hypothetical changes to market and reference data on their compliance test results.
