KTR CFO moves to Milestone

Following the Prologis buyout of KTR last year, Pete Lloyd has become CFO and CCO at lower middle market private equity firm Milestone.

Lower middle market private equity firm Milestone Partners has appointed Pete Lloyd as its chief financial officer (CFO) and chief compliance officer (CCO). Lloyd was previously CFO at KTR Capital Partners before the firm was acquired by Prologis for $5.9 billion last June.

Lloyd joined Milestone last month, according to his LinkedIn profile. He has approximately 24 years’ experience in private equity and accounting. Prior to joining KTR, he served as senior vice president and chief accounting officer of Keystone Property Trust. Earlier in his career, he also held roles at Arthur Anderson, TL Ventures and Morgan Stanley.

Based in suburban Philadelphia, Milestone was founded in 1995 and is currently investing in new platforms out of its fourth fund. The firm partners with management to invest in leveraged buyouts and recapitalizations of lower middle market businesses in the tech-enabled services, software, financial services and manufacturing sectors.Â
