Crestbridge continues expansion with London office

The fund administrator’s fourth outpost will specifically cater to real estate clients.

Less than three months after expanding to the Cayman Islands, fund administration firm Crestbridge has opened an office in London specifically catering to its real estate clients, according to a press release.

The firm will provide accounting, reporting and administration services from the London outpost, responding to specific client demand for UK-based real estate administration. Crestbridge had previously been working with UK-based accountancy firm WSM Partners in London, and as part of the new expansion, the WSM Property (WSMP) division has become part of the Crestbridge Group.

The office will be led by Steven Morrice, a chartered surveyor with 25 years’ real estate experience who joined Crestbridge as real estate director in January, according to his LinkedIn profile.

“We are delighted to be opening a new office in the heart of London and to be welcoming the team from WSMP. The combination of their specialist real estate and accounting knowledge and the wide range of administration and reporting services offered by Crestbridge will place us at the forefront of the real estate services sectors both in the UK and internationally,” said Morrice in a statement.

Crestbridge now operates in four locations, including its existing offices in Jersey, Luxembourg and Cayman. Real estate assets account for more than $20 billion of the firm’s total $60 billion in assets under administration.
