Crestbridge expands funds team

Colin Targett has joined the fund administrator as a funds director in its Jersey headquarters.

Crestbridge has appointed Colin Targett as director in its fund services team. He will be based in the fund administrator’s Jersey headquarters.

Targett joins the firm from Pantheon Ventures, where he served as head of fund accounting for seven months. Prior to Pantheon, he briefly worked as an offshore and onshore fund consultant after leaving his role as managing director at Apex fund services after nearly four years, according to his Linkedin profile.

He started his career as a senior manager in KPMG’s Bermuda office and has gained nearly two decades of experience in global fund structures and specialist fund domiciles, according to a statement from Crestbridge.

“We’re delighted to have Colin join the Crestbridge team. His significant experience within the investment funds arena, spanning many aspects of investment funds services in multiple jurisdictions, will be a great asset to our fund services team and our clients,” Graeme McArthur, chief executive officer at Crestbridge said in the statement.

His appointment follows the hire of Miranda Lansdowne as funds director in November last year. Lansdowne’s hire coincided with the launch of the firm’s Jersey management company (ManCo) service, after receiving approval from the Jersey Financial Services Commission.

Crestbridge provides GPs with fund administration services, as well as fiduciary outsourcing, risk management oversight and other services needed by managers with offshore vehicles. The firm currently has over $60 billion assets under administration.
