PwC Legal sets up shop in Hong Kong

The professional services firm has affiliated with Tiang & Co to offer legal advice in Hong Kong.

PricewaterhouseCooper Legal, the professional services firm’s legal arm, has set up a Hong Kong practice by affiliating with a local law firm, Tiang & Co.

The firm established the link through its Singapore-licensed foreign law practice, PwC Legal International.

Tiang & Co was founded by former King & Wood Mallesons partner David Tiang, whose practice includes corporate governance, compliance and investment management.

Tiang is joined at PwC Legal by former O’Melveny & Myers partner Gigi Woo, a capital markets specialist. Former O’Melveny counsel Joyce Tung has also joined the new firm in a lateral move.
