Lower mid-market firm Aliter Capital has also added an investment associate.

Aliter Capital, a UK private equity firm established in late 2016, has appointed Claudia Beveridge as legal counsel.

Beveridge joins Aliter from Bilfinger Europa Facility Management, where she was head of legal for five years. She began her career at Scottish law firm Maclay Murray & Spens. She will be based in Aliter’s Glasgow office.

The lower mid-market firm closed its debut fund on £92 million ($118 million: €107 million) in February.

The firm also appointed Alexander Noel as investment associate. He joins the firm in London from PwC, where he was most recently a senior associate in the corporate finance M&A group.
