Tikehau hires operations head

The listed alternatives manager has named Peter Cirenza to the London position.

Tikehau Capital, a European listed alternative investment firm, has appointed Peter Cirenza as head of its London operations.

The newly created role will see Cirenza develop the firm’s private asset strategies including private debt, equity and real estate. He will work alongside chairman Lord Peter Levene.

Cirenza has worked with the firm since 2005 as a member of its advisory board.

Since 2009 he has been a lecturer at the London School of Economics.

Prior to this he was a managing director and then partner at Goldman Sachs, developing and leading principal finance and special situations investing in New York, London and Tokyo.

He also led the bank’s structured finance and M&A transactions in the US.
