Dechert, an international law firm, has appointed Rob Bradshaw as a corporate partner in the firm’s London office.
He is a private equity lawyer, specialising in structured debt financing for private equity firms and their portfolio companies. He joins from Kirkland & Ellis, an international law firm.
Bradshaw’s clients include Bain Capital, TPG Growth, Great Hill Partners and Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets.
In the US, Kirkland & Ellis has hired Shubi Arora, a private equity transactions lawyer, as a partner in its Houston office.
He joins the firm from Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld. His practice focuses on private equity transactions in the energy sector. His clients include Och-Ziff Capital Management Group and Sanchez Energy.
