GLAS opens second Australian office

The financial administrator has opened in Sydney, offering private equity financing and deal advisory services.

Global Loan Agency Services, an international financial administrator, has opened it second Australian office in Sydney.

The firm, which has £7.5 billion ($9.27 billion; $8.64 billion) of assets under administration, offers trustee, cash management, syndicated loans and deal advisory services to private equity clients, including KKR.

GLAS significantly increased its headcount globally last year, hiring in Singapore, London and New York. It also opened an office in Melbourne.

The latest move follows the announcement this week that Gordon Brothers, another financial administration firm, will also be opening an office in Sydney.
