Clarion CFO moves to Citco

Barbara Flusk has joined Citco as head of real estate fund services as part of an expansion of its real estate administration platform.

In the newly-created role, she will lead the growth of the platform, and lead a team which helps real estate clients with their operational needs.

Flusk joins Citco from Clarion Partners, a real estate investment manager, where she was senior vice president of financial operations. She developed the firm’s financial reporting policy, established protocol for investment reporting systems and managed the accounting and finance risk and internal control program.

She was also chief financial officer of the firm’s $8 billion flagship fund and its $500 million co-investment portfolio.
